Great Events Coming for the Residents of Our Apartments in Temecula

Here at Sycamore Terrace Apartments, we don’t just sell magnificent apartments and call it a day. We also go out of our way to keep residents happy living in our Temecula apartment community and let them know our deep appreciation for choosing us. We are committed to going beyond expectations by offering quality on-site management, performing exceptional facility maintenance, implementing desirable additions to our community, quickly addressing the residents’ concerns, and especially by offering special programs for the residents and their families. This August, we will be holding our Resident Appreciation Week 2K15! Specifically, it will be the week of the 17th through the 22nd. Enjoy “Popsicle by the Pool Month” at Sycamore Terrace Apartments

Summer is in full swing and the temperatures in Temecula, California in July can reach up to 90 degrees on a very hot day. One of the best amenities offered at Sycamore Terrace Apartments to our tenants is access to two sparkling pools and spas. These are maintained daily by our onsite staff to keep them clean. To help beat the summer heat, we are declaring July as “Popsicle by the Pool Month”. We will be handing out popsicles—the tastiest summer treats that are best enjoyed poolside—to the residents of Sycamore Terrace Apartments. “Popsicle by the Pool Month” is a yearly tradition that shows our appreciation to our residents. It also serves as encouragement for them to take advantage of the many amenities offered at Sycamore Terrace Apartments. The event has become something the kids (and even the adults) always look forward to every summer.
